When beginning a new exercise plan, the first concern is your current health. If you have any known disease(s), signs or symptoms, you should first speak with your medical professional about beginning an exercise program.


If you have no known disease(s), signs or symptoms, it is best to start out with low intensity exercise 3x/week. Always be sure to adequately warm up and cool down with every workout.


Always fill out Health History forms as well as PARQ+ (I will provide that for you).

This lets me know your health concerns, whether or not you need medical clearance and your readiness, or experience, with exercise.
