Relapse...let's talk about it.
We ALL do it. But the good news is that you can avoid it by being aware of it.
There are ways to prepare for it & to make sure that it is not a permanent lifestyle change:
Have an accountability buddy
Prepare for vacation time - know that exercise will continue (during or after depending on personal preference).
Set an alarm on your phone. When that alarm goes off, it is up to you to have that self discipline & to make the right decision. No one is going to do it for you.
Guess what, if you relapse...IT IS OKAY. You don't have to wait for that next week to start (or the next new year). Ever heard of "Tomorrow is a new day..."? Of course you have. Implement that into your exercise program as well. Trust me, your heart & wellbeing will thank you later.
