Within two short weeks of exercise, the physiology of your body begins to change.
You start having different chemical reactions in your body adapting to this new change & your muscle fibers begin to change as well.
All it takes to see these changes is 10+ minute sessions of exercise 3 times per day!
Or...you can knock it out with one session for 30 minutes per day.
And guys, it does not have to be every day. Make it 3-5 days per week; your body will need the rest anyways.
Exercise reverses SO many things.
Not sure if you guys know this or not, but it can reverse diabetes and hypertension!
Ideally, we would be exercising before this occurs in order to prevent it, but hey we are human and don't always do what we need to do.

Exercise:
Improves resting heart rate
Improves resting blood pressure
Improves cholesterol
Reducing the risk of developing heart conditions
Reducing the risk of developing up to 13 different cancers (WOW)
GUYS, IT REDUCES ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION!
Reduces the chances of losing dependence as we age
Improves self confidence and self efficacy
Increases energy levels
Increases cognitive function
Increases the chances that. you will sleep well at night
Exercise prevents obesity
Preventing obesity will prevent comorbidities & will aid in giving us our lives back.
We control how active we are. So let's take advantage of that & improve our health.
These are just a few to name, there are so many other benefits of exercise, can you name others? Comment below & let's talk about health!
